This one-day Conference is designed to bring together administrators of all levels in the district office for training in topics such as HR, finance, growth management, facilities, and more.  There is also dedicated time to network with colleagues from across the state and to discover what is working in other places. Further, this conference has proven to be a great place for newer administrators to learn how all of the pieces fit in a district and to hone their skills for future opportunities.

Ever tried to read, much less understand, the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), Florida state statutes and DOE rules in regard to school procurement? Not an easy task. With this session, Jud Crane, Director of Purchasing and Contract Administration, will break it down in bite sized pieces to leave you with an overall knowledge of the ever changing legal requirements of the federal and state procurement process in regard to schools.
