FAEMSP FUTURE EDUCATORS AND CONTINUING EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP

FAEMSP Awards | Little Red Schoolhouse Awards | FAEMSP Future Educators and Continuing Education Scholarship

Applicants for the one-time $750 non-recurring scholarship must be a current Florida college or community college student entering his or her junior year majoring in education or postgraduate school. The applicant must also be a dependent of an FAEMSP member.

The FAEMSP Scholarship Committee will make the final selection and winners will be notified before May 31. Deadline for applying is April 16. Applications should be mailed to Donna St. Peter, FAEMSP past-president, Ippolito Elementary School 6874 S. Falkenburg Rd. Riverview, FL 33569-4601.

The FAEMSP Scholarship program offers the opportunity for members and their children to apply for educational scholarships. This program allows for our members to continue his/her education and/or for their children to pursue a career in education.

Applicants:

Current state of Florida college or Junior college student enrolling as a junior or senior into the College of Education program of study

Amount:  $750

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a dependent of a FAEMSP Member
  • Must be in good standing and entering into his or her junior or senior year into the College of Education or program of study.
  • Must provide a current transcript indication Education as your major
Selection:

Final Selection will be made by the FAEMSP scholarship committee.

Application Requirements:

To be considered complete, an application must include the following items in the following order:
  • The original application form
  • One personal statement
  • Two letters of recommendation
