Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:
LIVE CONFERENCE: Cancellations must be in writing before 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, to receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $30 processing fee. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after Wednesday, May 6, 2020 or for no-shows.
RECORDED CONFERENCE: Cancellations must be received prior to receiving the login information from Event Owl to access the sessions. Cancellations in writing before this time will be processed minus a $30 processing fee.
