Organization Overview
CAPIT partners with schools and districts to transform PK-2 literacy with a digital curriculum that is more effective and easier to implement, ensuring all students reach reading proficiency goals. Our competency based early literacy program keeps teachers at the helm, teaching and supporting students using the same digital platform that students use to progress at their individual levels. Rooted in reading and cognitive science, CAPIT is evidence based with an ESSA 2 level designation.

Apply for a Grade K or 1 CAPIT Reading Grant to implement a transformative, PK-2 Phonics and Phonemic Awareness Curriculum to include 2.5 hours of Teacher On-boarding, all AT NO COST. Your grant award would be effective for the remainder of the 2023-24 school year.

Please also visit our innovative offering of CAPIT powered through VIPTeacher, providing live virtual experienced teachers to deliver CAPIT lessons to 1-4 students per session. This will support many different pockets of need where additional student support is needed, but teacher coverage is limited.
