Destin High School to move to four-day school week for 2025-26
Destin High School announced Wednesday it will adopt a four-day school week for the 2025-26 school years.
WEAR News previously reported the school was considering making the change from a typical five-day school week.
"This decision was made after a careful planning and feedback and reflects the school's continued focus on academic excellence, student and staff well-being, and commitment to providing a high-quality, innovative education for families along Florida's Emerald Coast," the school said in a press release.
