Catrena Fieg

I am a passionate, results-driven elementary school principal with eight years of leadership experience at a Title I PreK–5th-grade school. With a strong background as a classroom teacher and instructional coach, I am dedicated to fostering equitable, high-quality education for all students through data-driven school improvement, curriculum alignment, and strong teacher development. My leadership is defined by a commitment to instructional excellence, equity, and collaboration, ensuring every child—regardless of background—has access to rigorous learning experiences and a supportive environment. Under my guidance, our school has achieved measurable gains in literacy and math proficiency through the implementation of targeted interventions and collaborative planning structures. I am deeply invested in building meaningful relationships with families, staff, and the community, believing that a culture of trust, teamwork, and shared purpose is essential for helping students feel valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
