Support the FASA Foundation by participating in our Golf Tournament. Tournament style will be a 4-player team scramble. Proceeds will go to the FASA Foundation to support Florida public school leaders. Cost includes one round of play on the Omni ChampionsGate Golf course, lunch, and a golf goody bag.

Awards

Dress Code:
Men must wear slacks or shorts excluding denim jeans, bathing suits or trunks. Shirts must be worn at all times and must have sleeves tucked in. No cutoffs, tank-top shirts, muscle shirts or commercial tee shirts will be allowed. Appropriate mock turtleneck and turtleneck shirts are allowed.
Women must wear appropriate tops, skirts, culottes or shorts excluding cut-off jeans, bathing suits and workout attire. Appropriate tops do not include halter tops.
Omni ChampionsGate Golf Course is a “non-metal” spike facility. No personal coolers or any food or beverage products not supplied by the Resort are not allowed on the course.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be in writing before 5:00 pm Wednesday, May 6, 2026, to receive a refund of your registration fee, minus a $30 processing fee. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations canceled after Wednesday, May 6, 2026, or for no-shows.
