Professional Bio

Dr. Haley Vogel is an educational leader, consultant, and researcher with over two decades of experience in K–12 public education. She currently serves as Vice Principal at Pine Island Academy in St. Johns County, Florida, where she leads middle school operations, oversees instructional growth, and supports inclusive learning for exceptional student populations.

In addition to her school leadership, Dr. Vogel is a Solution Tree Associate specializing in assessment practices, partnering with schools and districts to strengthen collaborative teams, design aligned assessments, and promote data-driven instructional decision-making. She is also a member of Solution Tree’s national Assessment Collaborative think tank.

Dr. Vogel earned her Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Florida, where she received the prestigious Thomas A. Mulkeen Dissertation Award for her research on teacher motivation and retention. She has contributed to graduate-level teaching, developed undergraduate coursework on coaching and mentoring, and frequently shares her expertise through panels, presentations, and podcasts.

Active in educational advocacy, Dr. Vogel serves on the Florida Association of School Administrators (FASA) Board and contributes to legislative and leadership initiatives. Her career reflects a deep commitment to teacher development, equitable learning, and sustainable practices that strengthen both educators and students.
