LaunchPad & Pivot Information Session

FASA and Connected Leadership Partners are excited to partner for a second year of the LaunchPad and Pivot Programs designed to support and equip early-career school leaders across Florida.

This initiative includes two aligned programs that together create a powerful leadership pipeline:

• LaunchPad (Assistant Principals, Years 1–3): Helps APs move from managing daily demands to strategically leading schools by strengthening professional identity, building instructional capacity, and applying practical leadership tools through simulations and a Strategic Leadership Project.
• Pivot (Principals, Years 1–3): Supports novice Principals in developing system-level leadership, building resilience, engaging in peer-to-peer learning, and leading schoolwide improvement efforts through a capstone Strategic Leadership Project.

Both programs are grounded in the Florida Educational Leadership Standards (FELS) and provide participants with clarity, tools, and habits that can be applied immediately in their schools. See the attached document for more details.
