Rachel Ludwig is the Florida Chamber Foundation’s Vice President of Talent Development for the Future of Work, leading efforts to strengthen Florida’s talent pipeline from cradle to career in pursuit of the Florida 2030 Blueprint goal of becoming a top 10 global economy. She oversees the Future of Work Florida Initiative, the Florida Business Alliance for Early Learning Project, and the Florida Talent Center, uniting business, education, and workforce leaders to drive talent development, retention, and recruitment.
Previously, Rachel worked at the Florida Department of Education, expanding Integrated Education and Training programs and supporting adult learners statewide. A lifelong educator, she has taught GED and English language learners across K–12, postsecondary, and workforce settings.
A Green Bay Packers season ticket holder, Rachel enjoys sports with her husband and young son—and once toured the U.S. driving the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile.
