A secure retirement is important to all of us but something we may feel unsure about planning for when we face it alone. The good news is that we don’t have to!

As a member of FASA, you have access to a financial planner with our business partner AIG and there is no charge for a comprehensive, individualized financial plan designed specifically for you.

Over the last 20 years, AIG has had a close working partnership with FASA and serves Florida education professionals with retirement and financial planning, and with an array of products that offer solutions to many of the challenges we may face. With the unique financial plan developed for FASA members, they have FRS, Social Security, and DROP calculations built into this customized plan for Florida educators. Even if you were an educator in another state and have moved into Florida, they have every single state pension plan built in so they can provide estimated retirement benefits in both Florida and your previous state of employment. You cannot get this anywhere else.
 
If you are planning to retire soon, it is especially important you completely understand all of your options prior to retirement.
