Professional Bio
Dr. Joyce Krzemienski is the Program Director for Florida Atlantic University’s Leadership for Excellence in Education Quality (ExEq) Partnership Program in the Department of Educational Leadership and Research Methodology. A member of the FAU faculty since 2019, she oversees all aspects of the ExEq Program and collaborates closely with the School District of Palm Beach County’s Leadership Development Department.
Dr. Krzemienski brings extensive K–12 experience to her role, having served as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, curriculum specialist, PreK–2 district supervisor, assistant principal, and principal. Her professional interests include school administration, stress and burnout, educator well‑being, mindfulness, job satisfaction, and coping strategies. She is committed to strengthening partnerships with district leaders and enhancing the overall quality and impact of the ExEq Program
