Jennifer Perez

Jennifer spent 26 years in the public school system as a teacher, curriculum specialist, and school-based administrator in central Florida. She had the privilege of working in schools with high percentage of multi-lingual learners throughout most of her career. Jennifer then worked as a turnaround specialist with struggling schools in corrective action across Florida providing professional learning, instructional design, and coaching. She has a passion and experience working with ELL students and Title I schools. She has a master's degree in Elementary Education from University of Central Florida as well as a master's in educational leadership from University of South Florida. Jennifer currently works at Learning Without Tears where she continues to share her passion of literacy and supporting educators in helping to ensure that all students receive the educational experience they deserve.
