Professional Bio
Justin Faulkner is the founder of Connected Leadership Partners, where he works with school districts and leadership organizations across Florida to support principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, and district leaders. His work focuses on helping leaders build clarity, strengthen instructional systems, and create professional learning that leads to meaningful change in classrooms.
Justin currently leads statewide leadership development work with the Florida Association of School Administrators (FASA), including the LaunchPad and Pivot leadership programs for emerging school leaders as well as principal coaching. He also partners with districts on leadership pipeline development, leadership coaching, walkthrough systems, PLC development, and instructional feedback practices aligned to the Florida Educational Leadership Standards.
Before launching Connected Leadership Partners, Justin served in K-12 and higher education leadership roles focused on principal development, leadership coaching, and statewide professional learning. He is known for practical, relationship-driven work that helps leaders move from ideas to implementation.
