I am a 30-year Navy Veteran, member of the American Legion, and a Life member of the VFW. I have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Public Administration, and a 2nd Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Information Systems (MIS). I have been a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Leader and continue to hold a current Emergency Management, First Aid and CPR Certifications. I have spent close to 20 years as a Boy Scout Leader, Eagle Scout Mentor, and BSA Troop Committee Chairman. I have been in positions of leadership for the majority of my adult life. My hobbies include reading, performing research, gardening, vacationing,
motorcycle riding, and deep-sea fishing, boating, cooking and golfing.
