Professional Bio
Dr. Stella DaCruz Arduser is a four-time gator from the University of Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science in telecommunication–production, a Master of Education in special education, a Specialist Degree and Doctoral degree in educational leadership.
Dr. Arduser started her career in 2003 at Eastside High School where she served as an ESE and reading teacher, 9th grade team leader, Associate Director of Bands, and Activities Director. Other professional experiences include serving as a District Mentor Coach for beginning teachers, Assistant Principal of Academic Advisement and School Counseling at P.K. Yonge at the University of Florida, Assistant Principal of Curriculum at Santa Fe High School, Principal at Archer Elementary School, and a District Supervisor of Learning Resources and Instructional Materials. Today, Dr. Arduser serves as the principal at Rawlings Elementary School.
